CNC Cutter Grinder West Midlands (On-site) £35,000 - £45,000 (DOE) Monday - Friday | Flexible shifts (7am-3pm or 3pm-1am) We're working with a well-established and growing manufacturer specialising in high-precision cutting tools, supplying into a range of specialist industries. Due to continued growth and investment in their CNC division, they're looking to recruit an experienced CNC Cutter Grinder to join their team. Why Join? • Established and growing business with ongoing investment • Modern CNC equipment and clean working environment • Stable, experienced team (low staff turnover) • Genuine long-term opportunity with progression The Role • Setting, programming and operating CNC grinding machines (Walter, ANCA or Rollomatic) • Producing high-precision cutting tools (standard and bespoke) • Working from engineering drawings and specifications • Inspecting finished tools using measuring equipment • Troubleshooting machining and tooling issues • Maintaining a safe, clean working environment Essential Experience (Non-Negotiable) • Proven CNC cutter grinding experience is essential • Experience on Walter, ANCA or Rollomatic machines • Strong setting and operating capability • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings • High attention to detail Applications without CNC grinding experience will not be considered • What's on Offer • £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience • Monday-Friday (no weekends) • Flexible shift options • Stable, long-term opportunity • Clear progression within a growing team
