CNC Programmer / Machinist (Precision Engineering) Medway, Kent Up to £50,000 (depending on experience) Monday-Friday | 40 hours | Flexible start times We're working in partnership with a highly respected precision engineering business in Medway that is continuing to invest in its machining capability and is now looking to appoint an experienced CNC Programmer/Machinist. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional who wants more than just a "machine shop role" - offering the chance to take ownership of programming, influence machining processes, and work on complex, low-volume precision components. The OpportunityThis position sits at the heart of the machine shop, where you'll be involved in programming, setting and machining bespoke components to tight tolerances. You'll play a key role in ensuring efficiency, quality and continuous improvement across production, working closely with a small, knowledgeable team.
