Coach Tour & Private Hire Driver St Helens • £35,000+ per year plus benefits • Full-Time / Part-Time (Flexible Opportunities Available) Please note: you must be authorised to work in the UK Our client is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Coach Tour Driver to help deliver exceptional travel experiences for our customers across the UK and beyond. Key Responsibilities • Safely transport passengers on coach holidays, day excursions, and private hires. • Deliver a welcoming and professional experience for customers throughout their journey. • Assist passengers with boarding, luggage, and general travel enquiries. • Provide tour information and ensure itineraries run smoothly. • Conduct vehicle safety checks and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation. • Work closely with hotels, attractions, and suppliers to ensure excellent customer experiences. What We're Looking For • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • A friendly, approachable, and professional manner. • Ability to remain calm and organised in a variety of situations. • Strong attention to safety and passenger wellbeing. • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight tours. • Previous coach touring or travel industry experience is desirable but not essential. You Will Have • Valid PCV (Category D) licence. • Driver CPC qualification. • Good driving record and commitment to passenger safety.
