Commercial Financial Controller - Manufacturing £70,000 - £75,000, Plus excellent bonus and benefits Leeds permanent - Hybrid and flexible working Robert Half Accountancy and Finance are partnering with a forward thinking manufacturing business in Leeds to recruit a commercially focused Financial Controller. As part of a highly successful global group, this is a key leadership role with full ownership of the UK P&L. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving UK performance, delivering robust financial control, and providing meaningful commercial insight to influence decision-making across the business. Key responsibilities: • Full ownership of the P&L, balance sheet and cash flow • Lead monthly management accounts, reporting and variance analysis • Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial planning • Partner with operational leaders to drive cost control and margin improvement • Monitor manufacturing performance, inventory and operational KPIs • Ensure strong financial controls, compliance and audit readiness • Lead and develop the finance team • Support strategic decision-making with clear financial insight About you: • Qualified accountant (ACA,ACCA or CIMA) • Previous experience as a Commercial Financial Controller or in a similar role • Strong commercial and operational finance experience within Manufacturing • Proven experience with full P&L responsibility • Strong leadership, reporting and business partnering skills What's on offer: • £70,000 - £75,000 basic salary • Excellent bonus structure • Flexible and hybrid working • A range of great additional benefits Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
