Commercial Operations Manager Location: Bedford Hybrid working (3 days in office) 34.5 hours per week Permanent Are you an experienced commercial leader with a passion for driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and improving customer experience? We're partnering with an established and growing manufacturing business, who are a leader in their field, to recruit a Commercial Operations Manager. This is a senior leadership opportunity where you'll oversee key commercial support functions, optimise internal processes and work cross-functionally to drive sustainable growth and operational performance. You’ll lead several customer-facing and commercial support functions, ensuring they operate efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll be responsible for aligning sales support, estimating, customer service and technical teams, improving processes, developing people, and using data to drive better commercial decisions. This is a highly collaborative role with significant influence across the wider business.
