Community Support Worker (Driver) - Tayport/St Andrews/Cupar Are you a compassionate individual with a passion for making a difference in your community? We are seeking dedicated Community Support Workers to join our team and provide essential care and assistance to individuals in Tayport, St Andrews, and Cupar. About the Role As a Community Support Worker, you will be instrumental in helping individuals maintain their independence and quality of life within their own homes. You'll provide a range of support services tailored to individual needs, fostering a positive and encouraging environment. Key Responsibilities • Provide direct care and support to clients, assisting with daily living activities. • Administer medication as prescribed and ensure client well-being. • Accompany clients to appointments, social outings, and community activities. • Maintain accurate and timely records of care provided. • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the wider care team. Your Schedule & Compensation • Schedule:Rotating shifts (Week 1: Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun; Week 2: Wed, Thu, Fri) with split shifts (07:30-13:00 & 17:00-21:30). • Contract:Average of 35 hours per week. • Pay:Weekdays at £12.80/hr, Weekends at £16.80/hr. • Overtime Incentives:Additional £25 per dayshift and £35 per backshift. Gender Preference: We are currently seeking female staff due to specific personal care requirements.
