In this role, you will deliver practical Multi-Skills Construction training across a variety of trade disciplines, supporting both young learners and adult learners throughout their qualifications. You'll plan engaging sessions, monitor learner progress and help individuals develop the practical skills, confidence and behaviours needed to succeed within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification in a Construction trade such as Bricklaying, Plastering, Carpentry & Joinery or Painting & Decorating. Teaching experience would be advantageous, although industry professionals looking to move into education will also be considered.
