Recruitment Consultant – Construction (Temp or Perm) London Competitive Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission + Excellent Growth Opportunity Our client is a growing, well-established construction recruitment business with a strong reputation across the market. They have built an excellent client base and are known for delivering across both blue-collar and white-collar construction recruitment, with strong relationships across contractors, developers and key industry clients. Due to continued growth, they are open to speaking with experienced recruiters who can add value across either temporary or permanent markets. They are looking for one experienced hire but are flexible on where that person’s expertise sits. They are particularly interested in recruiters with experience in: • Contract Trades & Labour • Contract Construction Management / White Collar • Permanent Construction Management / White Collar This role would suit a proven recruiter who enjoys building relationships, winning business and managing their own desk within a supportive and entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities: • Managing and growing your own recruitment desk • Developing new business opportunities • Building strong client and candidate relationships • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle • Sourcing high-quality candidates • Working towards revenue targets and business growth goals What they’re looking for: • Proven experience within construction recruitment • Strong track record in temp or perm markets • Experience within Trades & Labour and/or White Collar recruitment • Business development capability • Ambitious, driven and commercially minded This is an excellent opportunity to join a business with strong market foundations, an established client network and genuine scope to make a significant impact.
