Construction Tutor

Construction Tutor (Multi-Trade) • Bedford • £38,000 • Monday to Friday I’m working with an independent training provider in Bedford who are looking to add a Construction Tutor to their delivery team. The role will involve delivering construction skills training to adult learners across a range of Level 1 multi-trade areas including carpentry, plumbing, tiling and brickwork. This is a mix of practical workshop delivery and classroom-based learning. The role: • Delivering construction bootcamps and employability-focused training • Teaching basic multi-trade construction skills • Supporting and engaging adult learners • Maintaining learner progress and attendance records What they’re looking for: • Construction background (any trade considered) • Qualified teacher/trainer (AET, DET, PGCE or equivalent) • Comfortable delivering across multiple trades • Good communication and learner engagement skills Benefits: • £38,000 salary • Monday to Friday role • Stable permanent position
