Job description

If you're an experienced New Build Conveyancing Paralegal looking to join a busy, supportive and well-established team, this could be exactly the opportunity you've been waiting for. You'll enjoy managing your own caseload of new build purchase transactions from initial instruction through to completion, together with any associated sale transactions. This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same, and you'll play a key part in ensuring transactions progress smoothly while delivering an exceptional level of service to your clients. You'll be someone who enjoys building relationships and takes pride in providing a first-class client experience. You'll keep clients updated throughout the transaction, work closely with colleagues to ensure matters are progressed efficiently and have the confidence to deal with developers, lenders and third parties throughout the process. To be successful, you'll already have at least two years' experience within new build conveyancing and be confident dealing with New Build Missives, Pro Forma Offers, Offers to Sell and associated sale missives. You'll be highly organised, have excellent attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast-moving environment where accuracy is essential. Strong communication skills are key. You'll be professional, approachable and confident speaking with clients, providing clear advice and reassurance throughout what can often be a stressful process. You'll also be IT literate, comfortable using case management systems and Microsoft Office, with the ability to manage your workload effectively and work proactively as part of a collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a firm that genuinely values its people. You'll be part of a friendly and collaborative team where you'll be supported in your role, trusted to manage your own caseload and given the opportunity to continue developing your career within a positive and progressive working environment. You'll also enjoy a competitive salary, generous benefits and some hybrid working. Please reach out to me Deborah Collier at QED Legal on the details provided.
