Your responsibilities will include: • Managing residential sales, purchases and transfers of title • Advising clients throughout the conveyancing process • Liaising with lenders, estate agents and third parties • Progressing transactions efficiently and proactively • Working closely with support staff to ensure a seamless client experience • Building and maintaining client relationships About you This role would suit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor who: • Has a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing • Is confident managing their own caseload independently • Has experience handling Scottish property transactions • Demonstrates excellent client care and communication skills • Has strong organisational and file management abilities • Is comfortable working with case management systems and Microsoft Office The environment You'll be joining a forward-thinking Glasgow firm that places a genuine emphasis on collaboration, efficiency and client service.
