Corporate Associate / Senior Associate Glasgow | Hybrid Working Looking for a role that combines high-quality transactional work with genuine career progression? Your responsibilities will include: • Advising on mergers, acquisitions, investments and business restructures • Drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements, investment agreements and commercial contracts • Providing advice on corporate governance and shareholder matters • Managing transactions from inception through to completion • Working closely with colleagues across multiple practice areas • Building and maintaining client relationships • Supporting junior lawyers and contributing to team development About you This role would suit a Corporate Solicitor who: • Has 6+ years' PQE in corporate and commercial law • Has experience handling M&A and transactional work • Is confident managing client relationships and complex matters • Demonstrates excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills • Takes a commercial and pragmatic approach to problem solving • Enjoys collaborating with colleagues and mentoring junior team members The environment You'll be joining a well-established Corporate & Commercial team with a reputation for delivering strategic and commercially focused advice.
