What You’ll Be Doing: • Delivering pre-set work in the absence of a teacher • Maintaining a focused, respectful classroom environment • Supporting pupils with questions and encouraging discussion • Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring safety • Collecting completed work and reporting on the session • Being a positive role model students look up to What You’ll Need: • 6+ months of experience working with children or vulnerable adults • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one) • EWC registration (or willingness to register) • A calm, organised approach and excellent communication skills • A genuine passion for helping pupils succeed Ready to Inspire?
