Your new role: This position offers hands-on exposure to the financial operations of the insurance sector, providing a strong platform for progression into more senior roles. You'll build valuable technical expertise while playing a key role in the team's ongoing success. Key responsibilities include: • Overseeing cash allocation processes and ensuring accuracy across multiple accounts • Managing invoice preparation and approvals, including responsibility for reconciliations • Working closely with Underwriters to prioritise Broker engagement and support collections strategy • Reviewing and finalising binders, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements • Contributing to process improvements and supporting wider finance initiatives What you'll need to succeed: To excel in this role, you must currently be working within an insurance company in a credit control capacity, with a solid understanding of industry processes. You'll also bring strong ambition to advance your finance career, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail. A finance-related degree will be an added advantage.
