The Role Are you a confident, organised people-person who enjoys building relationships and helping customers? Spidersnet is looking for a Customer Experience Consultant to join our friendly team, supporting customers throughout their journey with us. No two days are the same, and you'll play an important role in delivering an excellent customer experience, whether that's helping customers get the most from our products, answering questions, providing guidance, or working closely with colleagues to ensure everything runs smoothly. This is a varied customer-focused role where you'll spend a lot of time communicating with customers by phone, email and online meetings, building strong relationships and ensuring they receive the support they need. Depending on the needs of the business, your responsibilities may include customer support, onboarding, account management and identifying opportunities to introduce customers to additional products and services that could benefit them. What You'll Be Doing • Building strong relationships with customers and providing a friendly, professional service. • Speaking with customers by phone, email and online meetings to answer questions and offer guidance. • Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products or services where appropriate. • Supporting customers throughout their journey, ensuring they get the most from our products and services. • Delivering screenshares, product demonstrations or training sessions where required. • Working closely with colleagues across different teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. • Following established processes to maintain consistency and quality. • Managing your workload effectively and keeping tasks on track. • Providing an excellent customer experience at every stage. What We're Looking For… We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has excellent communication skills and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. Essential Skills & Experience • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Confident speaking with customers by phone, video call and email. • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. • A proactive approach and willingness to solve problems. • Comfortable learning new systems and technology. • Able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable, whether in customer service, account management, sales or support. • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers succeed.
