Job description

Our products have been backstage at some of the biggest gigs, performances, and events of the last 50 years. Our combined lighting and media solutions have revolutionised on-stage visual control. We are always pleased to welcome new members of the team to bring their passion, creativity, and talent as we explore the next wave of innovation. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Customer Experience Coordinator to anchor our premium client experience. In this extremely varied, primarily NW London office-based role, you will balance in-person hospitality with global digital communication. Your daily responsibilities will include: • Managing face-to-face interactions with visitors and guests. • Managing incoming telephone callers. • Organising our studio, training room, and demo areas. • Remotely liaising with international clients. • Managing sales, marketing inquiries, and Avolites Academy bookings via the on-line platform. • Managing meeting & event logistics. • Nurturing relationships with customers, brand ambassadors and advocates • Maintaining the CRM to ensure data is accurately maintained Our ideal customer-focused candidate is a flexible self-starter who can work independently and collaborate seamlessly with the wider team. We are looking for: • Strong communication and multitasking skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). • A collaborative mindset, ready to jump in and support others to achieve core objectives
