Customer Service Advisor  Location: Universal House, Erf Way, Middlewich Salary: £24,852.66 Hours: Fulltime | 8hour shifts between 8am8pm (on a rota basis), Monday to Friday, plus 1 Saturday per month (8am12pm). Please note: the nearest bus stop is approximately one mile away, so we recommend that applicants hold a valid driving licence for ease of travel. About InHealth InHealth has been a proud supporter of the NHS Diabetic Eye Screening Programme since 2011 and now delivers fully managed services nationwide. To support efficiency and improve user experience, we have developed our own bespoke software that allows us to adapt quickly to the needs of both patients and colleagues. The Role As a Customer Service Advisor, youll play a vital role in supporting patients by delivering exceptional customer service over the phone. Handling both inbound and outbound calls, youll help patients with enquiries, encourage attendance at screening appointments, and provide clear, accurate information about diabetic eye care. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking to people, solving problems, and making a positive difference to patient experience.
