What you will bring to the role We're looking for someone who has: • Experience of data collection, validation and analysis, ideally within an NHS or healthcare environment. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to maintaining high-quality data. • Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, along with databases and other digital systems. • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across multidisciplinary teams and multiple organisations. • An understanding of data quality, confidentiality and information governance principles. • The ability to work independently, using initiative while also contributing positively as part of a supportive team. • Experience of producing reports and presenting accurate information to support service improvement and decision-making. • Strong administrative skills, including organising meetings, taking minutes and managing competing workloads. • A positive, flexible and proactive approach, with a commitment to continuous learning and improving patient services.
