About you: • You care deeply about producing high-quality work that delivers real value • You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems collaboratively • You bring strong expertise in your craft, alongside a willingness to keep learning • You communicate clearly and build trust quickly with clients and teammates • You’re pragmatic, adaptable and outcome-focused • You enjoy sharing knowledge and helping others grow • You value low-ego collaboration and enjoy working as part of multidisciplinary teams What you’ll bring to the table: Your Approach & Mindset: • • Empathy-First Delivery: You have experience in collaborative, customer-facing software teams (internal or external), giving you a natural feel for how to build trusted supplier-client partnerships. • Methodology Mastery: You have a deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other delivery methodologies, choosing the right fraemwork for the job. • Adaptive Leadership: You're comfortable wearing different hats and adapting your style, helping teams find the silver lining and deliver remarkable work even when things get tough. Client & Team Success: • • Healthy Balance: You guide teams to deliver great client outcomes, keeping quality & velocity high, budgets on track, and team morale strong. • Clear Storytelling: You help client stakeholders make smart decisions by turning complex technical challenges into clear, compelling narratives and recommendations. • Smarter Delivery: You're a natural problem solver; you clear systemic blockers and help teams work more predictably.
