Delivery Manager

I am working with an international business to recruit a Delivery Manager for a major global workforce transformation programme. This fully remote, UK-based role will take ownership of the workstream covering global payroll, billing, systems integration, data migration and operational change. You will manage multiple concurrent projects across payroll automation, time and attendance, expenses, leave management and multi-currency invoicing. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage suppliers, oversee plans, budgets, risks and dependencies, and ensure the business is ready for each go-live.
