Job description
The team delivers a range of programmes supporting learners at various stages of their careers, from new entrants undertaking their initial emergency response driving qualification through to experienced staff completing refresher training, post-collision interventions and ongoing professional development. In addition, the team works closely with operational managers and clinical leaders to identify learning needs, support workforce development initiatives and contribute to the Trusts wider ambitions for education, quality improvement and patient safety.
