Employee Relations Administrator (HR) Location: Sidcup with hybrid working - 2 days in the office, remainder for home Salary: £24,720pa based on 37 hours per week + benefits Days of work: Monday to Friday Planned interviews: 12 August 2026 (face to face in Sidcup, subject to change) Help create a positive employee experience. We're now looking for two organised and detail-focused Employee Relations Administrators to join our team. About the role As our Employee Relations Administrator, you'll provide essential administrative support across a wide range of employee relations activity. You'll help ensure our processes run smoothly by preparing documentation, maintaining confidential records, coordinating case files and supporting formal meetings. Working closely with our People Experience Officers and Leads, you'll become a trusted member of the team, helping to deliver a professional, efficient and compassionate service to managers and colleagues across the organisation. No two days are the same, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to build a career within HR and employee relations. What you'll be doing You'll be responsible for: • Managing confidential employee relations case files and ensuring records are accurate, up to date and GDPR compliant. • Preparing meeting packs, formal correspondence and documentation for investigations, hearings, appeals and other employee relations meetings. • Providing administrative support during formal meetings, including taking accurate notes and preparing minutes. • Monitoring the Employee Relations inbox, responding to routine administrative queries and directing more complex enquiries to the appropriate colleague. • Updating HR systems including People XD and ASK HR (Neocase). • Producing reports and collating information to support projects and management reporting. • Supporting the wider People Experience team with a variety of administrative tasks and continuous improvement initiatives. About you We're looking for someone who is highly organised, professional and enjoys working with accuracy and attention to detail. You'll have: • Previous experience in an administrative or business support role. • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams and SharePoint. • Outstanding written communication skills and confidence preparing professional documents. • Experience maintaining accurate records and handling confidential information. • The confidence to communicate professionally with colleagues at all levels. It would be great if you also have experience supporting HR or employee relations activities, preparing formal meeting documentation or taking minutes, although this isn't essential.
