Your responsibilities will include: • Advising on workplace disputes and employee relations matters • Supporting clients through restructuring and redundancy exercises • Providing advice on TUPE and business reorganisation projects • Drafting employment contracts, policies and workplace documentation • Assisting with Employment Tribunal proceedings • Delivering client training and employment law updates • Working closely with partners and colleagues across the wider team • Contributing to business development and client engagement activities About you This role would suit an Employment Solicitor who: • Has 2–5 years' PQE in employment law • Is confident handling both contentious and non-contentious matters • Has experience advising employer clients on a range of employment issues • Demonstrates excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Can effectively manage client expectations, deadlines and competing priorities • Takes a commercial and pragmatic approach to problem-solving • Is keen to contribute to the continued growth of a successful team The environment You'll be joining a collaborative and growing employment team that values professional development and encourages individuals to take on increasing levels of responsibility.
