Employment Solicitor (2–5 PQE) Glasgow | Hybrid Working Are you an Employment Solicitor with around 2–5 years’ PQE looking to join a growing team with an impressive employer client base? This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced employment specialists, advising businesses of all sizes on a broad range of workplace matters. Your responsibilities will include: • Advising on disciplinary, grievance and workplace relations matters • Managing Employment Tribunal claims and advocacy where appropriate • Supporting clients with redundancies, restructures and workforce change projects • Advising on TUPE transfers and employment aspects of business transactions • Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies and settlement agreements • Delivering training sessions and legal updates to clients • Working closely with colleagues across corporate, immigration, pensions and other practice areas About you This role would suit an Employment Solicitor who: • Has 2–5 years' PQE in employment law • Is qualified in Scotland or England & Wales • Has experience handling both contentious and non-contentious matters • Enjoys building long-term client relationships • Demonstrates excellent drafting and communication skills • Takes a practical and commercially minded approach to advising clients • Is keen to get involved in networking and business development activities The environment You'll be joining an established and expanding employment team known for its collaborative approach and commercially focused advice.
