Our client is on the lookout for a passionate and driven Engagement Coordinator to join their SEP Engagement Team. About the Role: As an Engagement Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the development of strategic energy plans. You will support various teams, ensuring a seamless and coordinated approach to stakeholder engagement. Your mission? To own and drive complex engagement activities that align with our strategic goals! Key Responsibilities: • Own Engagement Plans: Develop and manage stakeholder maps and delivery schedules to ensure activities are well-sequenced and impactful. • Lead Engagement Channels: Facilitate working groups and forums, ensuring clear objectives and effective integration of stakeholder insights. • Coordinate Across Teams: Work closely with multiple teams and relationship managers to provide a consistent and engaging stakeholder experience. • Provide Guidance: Support colleagues in applying effective engagement practises and utilising established channels. • Develop Frameworks: Contribute to creating consistent engagement processes and toolkits that support our engagement objectives. • Influence Decision-Makers: Collaborate with senior internal stakeholders to ensure alignment in messaging and stakeholder management approaches. • Utilise Engagement Data: Leverage Salesforce and other tools to track engagement activities and insights. • Identify Improvement Opportunities: Proactively recommend solutions to enhance engagement and mitigate risks. • Support and Mentor: Help develop the skills of a SEP Engagement Coordinator, guiding them in prioritising and effective engagement practises. • Produce Insight Reports: Regularly report on engagement activities, highlighting risks, themes, and opportunities for improvement.
