Transition Governance Manager (Company Divestment) Warwick (Hybrid working) 6 Month Contract Are you ready to take on an exciting challenge? Our client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Transition Governance Manager to drive the successful delivery and governance of Operational Transitional Services. Role Purpose As the Transition Governance Manager, you will be at the helm of managing relationships and ensuring that all OSA operations run smoothly. Your leadership will be pivotal in meeting contractual obligations, maintaining governance, and overseeing the exit of services in a controlled and timely manner. Key Accountabilities: • Lead Relationships: Serve as the main point of contact between our client and NESO, ensuring seamless delivery of all OSA services. • Oversee Delivery: Coordinate day-to-day activities, ensuring services meet agreed-upon performance expectations and contractual obligations. • Monitor Performance: Identify risks and opportunities for improvement, escalating issues to senior management when necessary. • Drive Collaboration: Foster teamwork between service providers and recipients for effective OSA commitment delivery. • Governance Management: Maintain and facilitate OSA governance forums, ensuring compliance and auditable processes are in place. • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to your team, ensuring efficient management of all related processes. • Manage Risks: Own and oversee OSA-related risks, issues, and escalations, coordinating cross-functional support when needed. • Change Control: Govern the OSA change request process, ensuring all changes are thoroughly assessed and documented. • Exit Management: Monitor and report on OSA Exit Management Plans, ensuring quality assurance of transition activities. • Data Security: Track compliance with data security and privacy obligations, ensuring standards are consistently met. • Financial Oversight: Support OSA billing processes and manage queries, coordinating resolutions as necessary. Skills & Experience Required To excel in this role, you should possess: • Experience in service delivery, programme management, or OSA management. • Strong stakeholder management and governance expertise. • Proven capability in risk, issue, and dispute management. • Experience supporting business transitions or transformations. • Excellent communication, influence, and leadership skills. Success Measures You will be assessed on your ability to: • Deliver OSA services within agreed-upon service levels and contractual obligations. • Ensure effective governance and auditable decision-making processes. • Resolve risks, issues, and disputes in a timely manner. • Successfully execute OSA exits and transition milestones. • Maintain compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
