Job description

We are looking for someone who has a strong technical background and a passion for delivering high quality engineering services within a healthcare environment. • HNC in Building Engineering (or a related engineering discipline), or an equivalent qualification supported by relevant further education, training, and significant experience within a large, complex Estates function. • Completion of a recognised mechanical engineering apprenticeship. • Proven experience working within complex engineering services, with a demonstrable track record of delivering high-quality maintenance, fault finding, repairs, and engineering solutions. • Experience of working on a wide range of mechanical building services and plant within a large or similarly complex organisation. • The ability to work independently, prioritise workloads, and contribute positively as part of a multidisciplinary Estates team. • A commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer service while supporting the delivery of excellent patient care.
