THE ROLE With a strong focus on creativity and concept development, you'll be involved throughout the project lifecycle, helping to transform client briefs into engaging brand experiences. Due to continued growth and investment in technology, the business is looking to appoint an experienced Technology Project Manager to join its expanding team. Working closely with Product, CRM, Engineering and business stakeholders, you'll be responsible for driving the successful delivery of multiple technology projects, ensuring clear ownership, governance and communication throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include: • Managing technology projects from initiation through to delivery and implementation • Defining project plans, timelines, milestones and success measures • Coordinating cross-functional teams across Technology, Marketing, Sales and Operations • Managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers • Ensuring projects remain aligned with business objectives and customer needs • Supporting business case development, ROI tracking and post-project reviews • Driving accountability and continuous improvement across project delivery processes THE CANDIDATE The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing technology, digital, systems or business transformation projects within a fast-paced commercial environment. The business is particularly interested in individuals who can demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, excellent organisation and the ability to successfully deliver multiple projects simultaneously. Candidates should possess: • Proven experience in Technology Project Management, Digital Project Management or similar delivery-focused roles • Experience managing multiple projects across different business functions • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience producing executive-level reporting and project updates • Experience working with external suppliers and third-party partners • Commercial awareness and an understanding of business objectives and customer outcomes • Experience working within Agile, Scrum or hybrid delivery environments • Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com or similar platforms Most importantly, candidates should be proactive, collaborative and passionate about delivering successful projects that create meaningful business impact.
