Job description

Executive Officer Contract Length: Temporary, 6 months, Full Time, hybrid 2-4 days in the office Location: Flexible (London, Bristol, or Manchester) Pay daily: £200 As an Executive Officer, you will be at the heart of operations, managing complex diaries, facilitating communication, and ensuring seamless day-to-day activities. Your responsibilities will include: • Efficiently managing the diary and mailbox of senior directors. • Coordinating travel arrangements and ad hoc responsibilities. • Navigating changing priorities and providing timely support. • Contributing to team discussions and suggesting innovative ideas We are looking for candidates who possess the following key attributes: • Effective Decision-Maker: You have a knack for making informed decisions quickly. • Strong Communicator: You can convey information clearly and manage expectations. • Collaborative Team Player: You thrive in a team environment and can work together to achieve common goals. • Organised and Flexible: You can manage multiple tasks under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances. Key Requirements: • Proven experience supporting senior directors or stakeholders, ideally within a government context. • Exceptional diary and time management skills. • Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity and maintain a calm demeanour under pressure. • A background in digital services or administration is a plus but not essential. • Candidates must be eligible for BPSS and SC clearance.
