Experienced Trade Mark Paralegal – North West England

This role offers the chance to work within a busy and collaborative trade mark team, managing a broad range of trade mark matters while taking on a high level of responsibility and autonomy. The successful candidate will be highly organised and possess excellent communication skills. You will be confident managing your own workload and able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities will include: • Filing UK and international trade mark applications and renewals. • Providing administrative and prosecution support to Trade Mark Attorneys. • Preparing trade mark documentation, reports and portfolio schedules. • Assisting with trade mark recordals, formalities and general portfolio management. • Liaising with clients, overseas associates and official intellectual property offices. • Supporting the team across a wide variety of trade mark matters.
