Job Title: Support Worker Location: Chichester Pay rate: £17.90-£19.00 PAYE (inclusive of holiday pay) Hours/shifts: Week 1 (term time) • Thursday: 4:30pm–8:30pm • Saturday: 9:00am–7:00pm Week 2 (term time) • Thursday: 4:30pm–8:30pm • Sunday: 11:30am–6:00pm School holidays: • Monday: 10:00am–7:30pm • Tuesday & Wednesday: 4:00pm–8:30pm • Alternate Saturday: 9:00am–6:00pm and Sunday: 11:30am–6:00pm Must: Drive (UK license- manual or automatic) Priority Recruitment is excited to present this fulfilling opportunity for an experienced Support Worker in the Chichester area. About the Role: • Our client is 19 years old living with cerebral palsy and a wheelchair user • She requires support with all aspects of daily living, including personal care, moving and handling and medication administration. • Our client loves activities such as trips out in the community, meeting up with friends, shopping , going out in her wheelchair on walks, Television , reading, and music. Successful Applicant: • Previous experience supporting young people or adults with complex needs such as cerebral palsy, acquired brain injury and epilepsy is essential. • Must hold a full Clean UK driving licence (manual or automatic) and have access to a reliable vehicle for work purposes. • An enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references will be required prior to employment.
