Finance Business Partner Location: Staffordshire (Office Based) Salary: Up to £50,000 + Car The Opportunity A growing, commercially driven business is looking for a qualified Finance Business Partner to provide insightful financial support across operational and commercial teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, influencing decision-making, and driving business performance through meaningful analysis and recommendations. Working closely with Operations, Marketing and wider business functions, you will play a pivotal role in supporting profitability, investment decisions and strategic initiatives. What's on Offer? • Salary up to £50,000 • Car allowance • Performance-related bonus • Company pension • Life assurance • Private healthcare • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays • Holiday buy and sell scheme • Employee discounts • Health and wellbeing support • Employee assistance programme • Career progression and development opportunities Key Responsibilities • Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders to provide timely financial insight and actionable recommendations. • Lead and support profit assessments for business improvements and conversion projects. • Develop, manage and review budgets, forecasts and financial plans. • Deliver financial analysis to support acquisitions, investments and strategic initiatives. • Monitor and challenge performance across operational sites, identifying risks and opportunities. • Produce and enhance performance dashboards and management reporting. • Conduct ad hoc analysis to support commercial decision-making and operational improvements. • Support project and trial evaluations, including financial modelling and performance tracking. • Drive cost control and sales growth initiatives through insightful analysis. • Contribute to executive and board-level reporting. • Act as a key finance contact for operational teams, building strong working relationships across the business. • Support continuous improvement of reporting, controls and finance processes. • Mentor and support junior members of the finance team where appropriate. Key Reporting Activities • Daily and weekly trading performance reporting • Weekly project and investment analysis • Performance and trend reporting • P&L and capital investment modelling • ROI analysis and investment tracking • Executive and board reporting • Budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting • Periodic results presentations to operational stakeholders About You You will be a commercially focused finance professional who can translate complex financial data into clear business insight. You'll be confident influencing stakeholders, challenging assumptions constructively and building strong relationships across a business.
