Finance Business Partner? Looking to join a finance team who aspire to increase their engagement throughout the organisation? Robertson Bell is partnered with a growing organisation to recruit a permanent Finance Business Partner. The role is one day per week in the office and the organisation is far from stagnant. The role: You’ll own the full month-end process for your areas, support budget holders, prepare management information, and present findings to senior stakeholders. This is a hands-on business partnering role with scope to add more value over time. Key responsibilities • Lead month-end activity for assigned budget areas • Prepare accruals, prepayments, management accounts, and reporting packs • Hold budget review meetings with operational stakeholders • Present monthly results and insights to senior leaders • Support budget setting and forecasting • Analyse variances, identify trends, and highlight risks early • Contribute to wider financial planning and operational decision-making The successful candidate: • Qualified accountant or qualified by strong experience • Proven finance business partnering or management accounting background • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication skills, with confidence presenting to non-finance stakeholders • Able to spot patterns, flag risks, and connect financial information across the business The role offers genuinely development and the opportunity to help a finance function evolve.
