Finance Functional Consultant - D365

We're supporting a global organisation undergoing a significant Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations transformation and are looking for a Finance Functional Consultant (D365) to support deployment and business readiness activities across multiple sites. This is a hands-on role working at the intersection of Finance, ERP Delivery and Change, helping ensure local entities are aligned to the global D365 blueprint and fully prepared for deployment. Key Responsibilities: • Support global D365 F&O deployments across Finance functions • Drive business readiness and entity preparedness activities • Align local processes with the global D365 template and best practices • Support O2C, P2P and core finance process transformation • Lead finance data migration and data quality activities • Coordinate testing, training, cutover and go-live support • Work closely with Business Analysts, Process Owners and Programme teams • Manage localisation requirements and support adoption of new ways of working • Track and report progress against finance readiness plans Requirements: • 3-5+ years' experience in Finance Transformation or ERP delivery roles • Strong understanding of finance processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) • Experience supporting Dynamics 365 or similar ERP implementations • Strong data migration, business readiness and process improvement experience • Excellent stakeholder management skills • Qualified Accountant or qualified by experience preferred • Comfortable operating within fast-paced transformation environments This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in a major D365 transformation programme and help shape successful finance deployments across a global organisation.
