Job description
Our client is looking for a Financial Adviser to join their established team in this St. James Place Partner practice. This is a hybrid role, with only 3 days in the London office. They are looking for candidates with over 3 years of SJP experience in a previous practice.
Key Responsibilities
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with an established book of high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions. Provide tailored financial advice that aligns with clients' financial goals, values, and objectives.
• Investment and Wealth Management: Advise clients on investment strategies, asset allocation, retirement planning, tax strategies, and wealth protection. Continuously monitor market trends to offer the most relevant and impactful advice.
• Business Development: Generate new business by proactively seeking out new clients and building your own client base. This involves networking, referrals, and identifying new opportunities for wealth management.
• Financial Planning and Advisory: Conduct detailed financial planning assessments, identifying clients’ needs and offering solutions such as investments, pensions, insurance, and estate planning.
• Ongoing Client Reviews: Regularly review and adjust clients' portfolios based on their changing needs, financial goals, and market conditions.
• Compliance and Record Keeping: Ensure all recommendations comply with regulatory requirements and maintain thorough records of client interactions and advice provided.
• Collaboration with Support Teams: Work closely with our marketing, business development, administration, and paraplanning teams to ensure the smooth delivery of services and operations.

They are looking for qualified Financial Advisers (Wealth Advisers) with at least 3 years’ advice experience who:
• Hold a QCF Level 4 Diploma (minimum). A Level 6/Chartered status would be advantageous.
• Have a degree in a relevant subject
• Have a proven track record as a Financial Adviser and have built and maintained a strong client base.
• Have delivered holistic advice to High Net Worth and complex clients
• Have a deep desire to grow, succeed, and make an impact.
• Are passionate about providing exceptional client service and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Are ready to take ownership of an established client bank and contribute to the continued success of our practice.
