Main duties: To develop and maintain relationships with French customers through effective telephone and email communication, supporting business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role: - Manage and grow a portfolio of French customers. - Respond to customer queries and sales opportunities via email and phone. - Identify and develop new opportunities within existing and potential customers. - Promote the company’s products and solutions with a consultative approach. - Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, customer service, and technical support. - Achieve sales, profitability, and service targets while maintaining accurate data within the CRM system. - Build long-term customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business. The candidate: - Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken). - Previous experience in sales or account management, ideally within a B2B or call centre environment. - Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-first approach. - Good organisation, analytical, and IT skills (including CRM experience). - Based within commuting distance to Poole Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum French Selection, leading UK-based consultancy specialising in the recruitment of bilingual and multilingual professionals for international business (industries and services).
