Job Title: Executive Assistant to Private Equity Team (French Speaking)
Location: West End, London
Salary: Up to £65,000 DOE
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 4 days in the office, 1 day from home
This role requires an Executive Assistant who is fluent in French.
I am working with a fantastic Private Equity firm based in the heart of the West End, who are looking for a professional and personable Executive Assistant to join their team. Acting as the key point of contact for senior members of the Private Equity team (1:6), you will play an integral role in supporting their day to day organisation, assisting the wider team where needed, and helping to maintain a welcoming and professional office environment.

What you'll do:
• Act as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing dedicated support to the Private Equity team.
• Manage busy diaries, coordinating internal and external meetings, booking meeting rooms and adapting to constantly changing schedules.
• Monitor inboxes, ensuring prompt responses and efficient management of correspondence where required.
• Provide administrative support to other members of the team when needed.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation and detailed itineraries.
Who you are:
• Previous experience in a similar Executive Assistant role, ideally within financial services, private equity or professional services.
• A personable, proactive individual with an excellent work ethic.
• A confident communicator with a warm and professional approach.
• Highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Able to remain calm under pressure whilst maintaining professionalism and discretion.
• Flexible, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
• Fluent French language skills are essential.
