Fund Accountant
London (Hybrid policy model 4 days in office)
Up to £60,000 + bonus + benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a technically strong Qualified Accountant to join a well-established and growing team in their London office. This is a great role for a qualified accountant looking to take the next step in a busy, client-focused environment with real responsibility and the chance to make an impact and will suit either a candidate coming from a firm of accountants or from the real estate or private equity industry. You will play a key role in the preparation of annual accounts, management of reporting processes, and delivery of high-quality accounting support across a varied portfolio. The successful candidate will also be expected to bring prior line management experience, including conducting appraisals and supporting the development of team members.
Key responsibilities
• Prepare annual accounts to a high standard.
• Oversee and review consolidation work and group accounts.
• Support the production of management information and financial reporting.
• Manage and mentor junior team members, including appraisals.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely outputs.
• Contribute to a collaborative and professional team environment.
What we are looking for
• ACA or ACCA or CPA qualified accountant.
• Strong technical accounting skills.
• Previous line management experience, including conducting appraisals.
• Solid experience preparing annual accounts.
• Strong understanding of consolidations and group accounts.
• Preferably experience within the real estate investment industry, gained through audit or accountancy.
• Confident, organised, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
