We are recruiting for 10 General Operators (Manual Packing) to join a world-class manufacturing team in Swindon on a 6-month contract with an immediate start. ## Why Apply? • Great Pay: £13.86/hr (AWD/AWR Salary Equivalent of £25,896) • Massive Shift Premium: Plus a 22% shift allowance! • Predictable Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week (alternating weekly between 07:00 - 15:00 and 15:00 - 23:00) • Fast-Track Process: Single-stage 30-45 minute onsite interview • Equipment: Full PPE provided onsite The Role:Working in a regulated cleanroom environment, you will play a crucial role in supporting manual packing operations. Your day-to-day duties will include: • Manually packing product-filled vials according to strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Assisting with materials handling and transferring components into the packing area. • Completing end-of-line packaging, labeling, and in-process weight checks. • Carrying out cleaning and routine maintenance of packing areas and equipment to cGMP standards. • Logging and completing production documentation accurately. What We're Looking For: • Basic Qualifications: GCSE-level Mathematics and English • Key Strengths: Strong attention to detail, a self-driven attitude, and the ability to maintain high concentration levels over extended periods • Preferred Experience: Past experience working within pharmaceutical, food, or other highly regulated production environments • Core Understanding: A basic awareness of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), GDP, or Data Integrity is highly desirable Note: Background screening (Standard check) will be required for successful candidates.
