• Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Operative • Location: Bridgwater, Somerset • Hours: Monday-Thursday, 7:30am - 3:30pm & Fridays, 7:30am - 3:00pm • Pay Rate: £13.69 per hour • Job Type: Full Time - Temporary HRGO Recruitment are seeking a dedicated Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our clients team. This role is essential for ensuring that the public spaces are well-maintained, safe, and presented to a high standard for the community to enjoy. The successful candidate will play a vital role in carrying out essential ground's maintenance work across our client's sites. General Duties: • Carry out grass cutting, strimming, and hedge trimming to maintain parks, open spaces, and recreational areas. • Ensure general site tidiness to keep public spaces clean and welcoming. • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including planting, weeding, and seasonal upkeep. Inspect and maintain tools and equipment to ensure they remain in safe working order. • Collaborate with other teams on maintenance projects and general site upkeep.
