The Director of Strategy, Improvement and Redesign is a pivotal senior leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering the strategic direction of Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals NHS Group. Working closely with the Group Chief Integration Officer, Executive Team, Clinical Leaders and system partners, the post holder will lead the development of strategy, service transformation, quality improvement and strategic partnerships to improve patient outcomes and deliver integrated care across Lincolnshire. The role requires an influential system leader who can drive organisational change, lead large-scale transformation programmes, and represent the Group at Board, system and regional levels.
