Job description

Head of Artist Delivery Reporting to: Director of Operations About the Role We're looking for an experienced Head of Artist Delivery to lead the delivery of exceptional support services for our artist roster. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring artists receive a consistently high standard of service while driving operational excellence, continuous improvement and team development. Working closely with Partners, Agents and internal teams, you'll lead the Artist Delivery function, manage Coordinators and placement students, improve processes, and support the rollout of new systems and ways of working. Key Responsibilities • Allocate workloads and resources across the team to maintain consistent delivery. • Line manage Coordinators, interns and placement students, supporting their development and performance. • Build strong relationships with Partners and Agents to understand artist needs and priorities. • Review, improve and document Artist Delivery processes to drive efficiency and consistency. • Support the implementation of new technology and operational improvements. • Develop and deliver training for the Artist Delivery team. • Work collaboratively with Finance, Marketing and Technology teams to ensure a seamless service. • Lead work placement and mentoring programmes, including managing external partners and budgets. • Oversee compliance and administration for the Chris Meredith Foundation (CMF). About You You'll have: • Experience in the live music industry. • A strong understanding of artist services or live operations. • Experience managing and developing teams. • Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills. • Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset. • Confidence using technology and adapting to new systems.
