Job description

The Head of Human Resources will lead the development and execution of our clients People Strategy, ensuring the organisation attracts, develops, motivates and retains exceptional talent while creating a high-performance culture aligned with the company's strategic objectives. This role is fundamental to building a world-class organisation by ensuring robust HR governance, legal compliance, employee engagement and leadership capability across all levels of the business. The Head of HR will be responsible for developing modern HR systems and processes, overseeing recruitment from shopfloor to senior leadership level, implementing talent development programmes and shaping the unique culture. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, this role will champion employee wellbeing, leadership development, succession planning and organisational capability, ensuring they remain an employer of choice whilst supporting continued business growth. Key Skills Professional Qualifications Extensive knowledge of manufacturing operations, production systems, and process optimisation. • CIPD Level 5 qualification (minimum essential). • CIPD Level 7 desirable. • Strong understanding of UK Employment Law. • HRIS implementation and management experience. • Knowledge of GDPR and employment legislation.
