Head of Operations Location: West Sussex Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Additional: Driving licence required The Role A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Operations to join an organisation known for delivering high-quality large-scale experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations, improving processes, and ensuring seamless delivery of major events. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a key part in shaping operational standards and driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities • Lead, motivate, and support the Operations team • Oversee end-to-end delivery of large events, • Review, improve and implement operational processes to increase efficiency and consistency • Establish operational standards, KPIs and best practice frameworks • Manage budgets, suppliers, staffing schedules and resource planning • Maintain high standards of service, ensuring compliance, health & safety and quality assurance • Coordinate logistical planning and operational documentation • Support international event delivery, including essential annual travel to Europe About You To be successful in this role, you will have: • Experience in a senior operations position • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a team • Proven experience improving or redesigning operational processes • A calm, solutions-focused approach with excellent decision-making abilities • Confidence working with CRM systems and strong Microsoft Office skills • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Benefits • Competitive salary • Opportunity to lead high-profile operations within a growing organisation • International travel opportunities • Collaborative, supportive working environment If you are interested in this position, please apply as soon as possible to be considered for this position.
