What You Will Bring: - Chartered Membership or Fellowship of the CIPD (Level 7 or equivalent). - Demonstrable experience in developing leadership capabilities and embedding high-performance cultures. - Proven track record in senior HR roles, such as Head of HR or People Director. - Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices. - Experience supporting organisational change and transformation in fast-paced environments.
