HGV Nightshift Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for a Workshop Supervisor on our night shift in Croydon. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities • Monitor job progress, review job cards, and ensure accurate job timing for costing purposes • Manage all warranty and additional work procedures, ensuring correct documentation and customer authorisations • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external customers to ensure consistent service delivery • Supervise and support workshop staff, providing leadership • Ensure workshop cleanliness, compliance with Health & Safety, and adherence to all company and legal standards Skills and Experience Required • Minimum 5 years' experience in HGV and trailer maintenance • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills • A proactive, customer-focused mindset • Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills • Previous experience in a similar role At Ballyvesey Holdings your right to privacy is important to us.
