Housing (Homelessness) Transformation Programme Manager

My Local Authority client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented Housing (Homelessness) Transformation Programme Manager on a Contract basis. The role will lead on the delivery of a business-critical transformation programme for the Council's delivery of homelessness prevention. About the role: Based in Devon (Hybrid - 3 days on site): • Recruit and stabilise the permanent workforce. • Reduce temporary accommodation costs and reliance. • Strengthen homelessness prevention and demand management. • Develop robust housing performance and financial intelligence. • Create a sustainable 1-2 year Housing Transformation and Delivery Plan linked to the Council's wider transformation programme and building on the restructure currently underway. About you: You will have the following experiences: • Significant experience leading complex, large-scale programmes for Housing / Homelessness. • Proven track record of managing complex service transformation and improvement programmes. • Ability to engage with and navigate senior stakeholders, including Elected Members. • Local Authority experience is essential.
