HR Business Partner's

We are currently partnering with a Medical Education and Professional Membership based in Central London, who are recruiting for two HR Business Partner's to join their growing team. One is a permanent role and the other is a 10-month fixed term contract. This is a full-time position with a guideline of a £50,000-£55,000 annual salary for both. The client is looking for a start date of 27/06/26. Duties will include (but are not limited to): •Partner with managers across the organisation to provide HR advice and guidance •Support employee relations cases, including complex ER matters •Advise on organisational change and restructuring activities •Provide coaching and support to managers on people issues •Support recruitment, talent, and workforce planning activities •Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives Experience required: •Experience required in supporting organisational change •Experience of advising managers Skills, knowledge and expertise required: •Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills •Experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR adviser •Knowledge of managing complex employee relations cases Rewards and Benefits: •Hybrid working (80%) •Flexible working days Working hours: •35 hours per week •Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
