HR Coordinator
• Location: Dartford, Kent
• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Reed HR have partnered with a fantastic company who are looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator to provide high-quality and efficient HR administrative support within the business.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in HR administration, keen on ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and systems.
Day-to-day of the role:
• Maintain up-to-date HR records, both manual and electronic, ensuring all documentation is correctly filed.
• Process leavers within required time frames and calculate holiday payouts.
• Ensure that people data in electronic systems is current and accurate.
• Monitor and review probationary and exit interview processes.
• Manage ETI breaches and coordinate all absence management processes including return to work.
• Provide reports and analysis on HR activities as required.
• Carry out right to work checks in line with legislation and maintain the right to work database.
• Update internal databases, such as those for sick leave, maternity, and paternity leave.
• Prepare HR documents when necessary, such as employment contracts.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related queries.
• Assist with payroll by providing relevant employee information, such as holiday and sick days taken.
• Assist with case management for ER issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience as an administrator or HR administrator is preferable.
• Computer literacy, especially with programs like Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
