HR Manager Location:Gainsborough - hybrid: 2 days on site Salary:£50,000 This is a fantastic role for a generalist HR Manager who loves making an impact in a business that is evolving and moving forward. • As the HR Manager you will provide a full generalist HR service to the business • Develop relationships with key stakeholders and line managers • Identify opportunities for change and improvement including policies, procedures, employee engagement, Succession planning, Talent Management. • Provide advice, guidance and coaching to managers on following best practice, processes and procedures • Manage employee relations cases / HR issues end to end – such as disciplinary, grievance, absence, lateness, performance • Keep up to date with employment legislation, implement any changes to policies and procedures as required • Manage and develop a small HR Team. • Contribute to the HR strategy This is a role for someone who loves taking ownership and wants to be part of something special, This inspiring company will offer you a rewarding opportunity to be a part of a great HR team.
